We are offering a simple boat brokerage service whereby we promote boats for sale with details supplied by the seller.  Once we have been contacted by an interested potential buyer, we will act as intermediary to organize a viewing whereby the seller meets the potential buyer at the vessel and conducts the viewing and negotiations at a mutually agreed date and time.

The boat will be listed on our site with the details given to us by the seller who assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the content.  We will advise a potential buyer as much as possible but will always be referred to the seller for confirmation of fact regarding the vessel.

We charge a simple flat fee of £15.00 + VAT for each week (or part thereof) the boat is listed on our site.  To initiate a listing a non refundable fee of £60.00 + VAT is due to cover the time to create the listing but this does include the first four weeks from the date of publication.

An example of how our service works, and to avoid any confusion can be detailed as follows.  A seller requests to advertise their boat for sale with us.  We ask for the £60.00 + VAT fee and they will be sent a link to a web page on our site whereby they have the opportunity to complete the particulars of their boat.  We will then produce the sales page based on this information.  Once approved by the seller the listing will go live and this date will constitute the first day of the four week listing.

Once the four week period had ended there will become a £15.00 + VAT per week fee for which the seller can pay weekly in advance for as many weeks as required with a refund of any full weeks not required at the time of removal.

The seller is free to remove the vessel from our web site at any time and is free to advertise elsewhere.  Removal from the web site has to be instructed in writing by email here or by recorded post.
